ABSTRACT
Heilongjiang Province has unique geographical environment, which makes the difference in population morbidity. This paper summarizes the physiological and pathological characteristics of stroke in Longjiang area from the regional factors and dietary factors. The paper also summarizes the treatment thoughts of acupuncture and moxibustion doctors in Longjiang area, mainly including five aspects: Knowing all diseases but treating the essence one, combining theory and practice, combining Chinese and western medicine, combining acupuncture and Chinese medicine, preventing diseases through learning and observing tiny clues. This article aims to summarize the experience of Longjiang acupuncture scholars and enriches the medical connotation of Longjiang area.
ABSTRACT
Objective To analyze and evaluate the blood preservation effect of two types of blood transportation boxes under field conditions in extreme cold regions of the plain.Methods Before experiment,the hematocrit,hemoglobin(Hb) and free Hb content,Na+and K +of samples of suspended red blood cells(RBCs)were detected and the sterility test was conducted.One of the two boxes was a field blood transportation box that served as control, while the other was made of phase-changed material of two types—1#and 2#.The suspended RBC samples were preserved in the low-temperature blood refrigerators and the two types of boxes respectively and transported under outdoor environment temperatures of -20 --5℃for 2 h.After that,the changes in the blood storage device temperature were recorded after 0,12,24,36,48 and 60 h.Results The suspended RBC preservation time in the field blood transportation box was 42 h vs 58 h in the blood transportation box made of phase-changed material.But their hemolysis rate,Na+,K+and the sterility test all were up to national standards.Conclusion In the extreme cold regions of the plain, the blood transportation box made of phase-changed material can be used to preserve suspended RBCs.
ABSTRACT
This study reported that B ( a ) P determination was carried out in six barracks indoors and outdoors in Harbin, Changchun, Jinxi cities in winter and summer. The results showed; 1. the B ( a)P concentration was 0.00001-0.1796g/m3, detective rate was 100% in winter but o.0085g/m2 and 27.8% in summer. 2. the B ( a ) P concentration was gradually rising from morning to evening a day. However all of them remain whthin standard value. 3. the B ( a ) P concentration was 3.2, 46.0 and 43.3 times in old barracks as higher as new barracks respectively. 4. In winter, old barracks owing to warm by coat stove, the B ( a ) P concentration was a more than 200-fold increase over new barracks in summer. That suggested: the B ( a ) P increased was due to warming the room by coat stove.
